The phone has GPS, and a 5 megapixel camera with settings options similar to that of a regular camera. It records video with sound. The xenon Flash is automatic or can be disabled or set to red eye reduction. There is also a macro funtion for those extra close close-up shots. I guess all that's missing is a tripod.
Of course these are the features I wanted when I bought the phone.
What I discovered is that it also has automatic voice commands for all functions and dialling. You want to dial a number, just press the button and say the name and the phone dials it for you. Any function on the phone works the same way, say "phonebook" to access phonebook, or say "recorder" to access voice recorder.
It also has in built manual so that any function you aren't familiar with has a help file included in the manual, on screen.
Voice recorder can operate during a phone call so that you can keep accurate records of conversations. Cool!
The GPS is capable of including satellite pix of the location you navigate from, just zoom in for a closer look.
Not all is perfect, the two digital voices, one male and one female are robotic sounding in the extreme.
The battery life could be better expecially after a heavy session of voice calls and GPS tracking.
Video conferencing is possible but I've never found that desirable even in the old phone.
Conference calling is another feature that I probably won't be using but it's good to know it's available.
Dragging and dropping files such as pictures and music is a breeze using the Nokia PC suite.
Organizing contact details and phone numbers is best done via the PC suite and you can add pictures of people whose phone numbers you have stored on your phone, they appear as thumbnails when you access the contacts menu.
There are many more features that I've yet to explore.
