The 2016 Islamic World Cup

And so begins the 2016 Islamic world cup, with Iran versus Saudia Arabia.
The Saudis have scored the first goal early in this match with a provocative execution of a shia cleric.
Iran has vowed revenge.

With the outcome anything but certain, we can be sure that the current slump in the price of a barrel of oil will skyrocket in the coming months.

We can also look forward to lots of bloodshed and indiscriminate killing as Shia versus Sunni sides attempt to score goals for their side.

The western leaders will be wringing their hands in desperation as the supply of oil becomes irregular, solutions will be voiced, discussed, roadmaps for peace will be put on the table.

2016 promises to be an exciting year.
