I have just read a posting by Shiva, on biological warfare.
I don't usually subscribe to conspiracy theories but this one is so plausible that I think it deserves wider public attention.
This is not a subject to treat humorously but it is the weekend so I suggest you panic now to avoid the rush.

What doesn't seem reasonable to me is someone unleashing a virus that could come back and bite them in the ass - doesn't make sense unless they already have an immunization for their own population.
But since when are angry people reasonable?
