First, let me say that a miracle just occurred. I was prevented from accessing my blog at the very instant that I wanted to comment about the process of beatification of John Paul II. I had to make a contract with the devil before I could get access again to my blog. But that's another story.
It seems that the Catholic Church is awaiting a second miracle following JP's death.
I can help here, as what is required is a medical miracle. Ok, I prayed to JP II and my tinea has been miraculously cured.
What I'm really curious about is what title will be bestowed on the new saint?
Will it be Saint John Paul II?
Will it be Saint Pope John Paul II?
Will it be Saint Karol?
Will it be Saint Karol Wojtyla?
And what I'd also like to know is what post mortem miracle Saint Teresa performed that clinched her position to sainthood?
Merchandising companies are positioned and waiting for information to leak out so that production can start on artifacts, souvenirs, postcards, T shirts, commemorative coins, mini statues etc etc.

I've seen that pic before.. I'm wondering what the story is behind it.
I don't get it - in the protestant church, everyone who believes is a saint...what's the big deal? I sure hope the pope is (or was) a believer
