Lexcen's Kitchen

Over here at Lexcen's kitchen, I have a full time slave cooking for me, otherwise known as Pumpkin.
We were intrigued by the Brie recipe posted by Man for All Seasons aka Hammer on his blog.

Here is how it turned out when Pumpkin applied her culinary skills.

Pumpkin followed the recipe but substituted raspberry preserve with tinned/frozen raspberries.

Washed down with a glass of Traminer Riesling I can say it was absolutely delicious. A perfect entree for any meal.

Full marks to Hammer.
