I think it has a device that when you lock the door it puts current to the special glass which makes it opaque.
Sorry Hammer, I left out the first pic which shows that the toilet is mirrored on the outside (using two way mirror glass)
Yeah there are a couple of different ones. They are popular as an art attraction in London.
I wonder why the brits are so fascinated with public bathroom habits.
