Lex: consulting a map, I see that those are adjacent, but rather large, states, with widely separated population centers (end geek mode); I the people are getting the mess cleaned up, and are able to repair their property. It's amazing how much damage simple water can do.

minus the did...
JP, this didn't affect my area, nothing much ever happens in Melbourne.
nothing=good! What a mess out there!
There was a nuisance with the floods we had over in my neck of the woods, but the damage was nothing like this.
This is awful, Lexcen ... So much water and damage!!!!
Well, Lex, you did say that you wanted the drought to break...
I hope this mess can get cleaned up, and that no one was hurt.
Michael, I read that 7 people died as a result of the floods.
Wow, I am sorry to hear that. That's some serious flooding.
Did it affect you, or was it in a different area?
Michael, the floods were in NSW and I live in Victoria.
B/S, you are dead right about that.
