To be quite honest, I don't believe it. Why?
Because if I step outside my front door, the chances of seeing an person of Asian appearance will not be 1% as the statistics show but actually around 70%.
If I go to my local shopping centre then the chances increase to about 90%. In other words, 9 out of ten people I see will be of Asian appearance.
Further, the stats show Indian/Sri Lankan people as making up only 1% of the total population. In my experience the real statistic is more like 30%.

Hi Lexcen! I agree with you, all we see are asians, not here where I live(MĂ©xico), but every time we cross the border, to California, there they are!!! I thought they were only in USA, but now I know they are every where....I think we are being invaded.
:o)
Hi, Liliana. Sorry I don't speak Spanish so I can't read your blog.
You know where i live in the weekend the street in the city can be empty for 2 miles at 00.30?
Thats becus its white ppl here. Ppl with expensive jobs and money.
They don't need to go shopping much. And if your that far off you are scared of anything, (an example would be islamophobia) and don't dare to come on the street, is it the other culture u need to blame?
