Missing Garden Gnomes

Travel Italy has alerted me to a worldwide epidemic of enormous proportions. The missing garden gnomes.
Further investigation has revealed the Liberation of Garden Gnomes movement.

Further news of murder has been discovered.

You can check out the history of garden gnomes here.

Even more alarming is the story that snakes have been found in garden gnomes used by smugglers.

And of course, the final say on garden gnomes is at Wikipedia.

I have to go now and buy a garden gnome for my garden.

Next thing you know they will be importing "unregistered gnomes" to suppliment the shortage of legal gnomes. Gnome trafficking is a serious problem. Think of these poor gnomes, stuffed with all sorts of controband, forced to travel in dark containers without air conditioning to the be subjected to a life of slavery in the garden of some well thinking individualing...

My kids threw a party once and when all the guests had left, a garden gnome was left behind. I have no clue whether he was someone's date or what. But he looks alarmingly like my grumpy next door neighbor. So I kept him.
