Full Moon and Lunatics

Although scientific research tells us that the effect of the full moon is merely a myth and that it doesn't significantly affect human behavior; for those of us who work with the public, the opinion is different. There is definitely an increase in irritability and anger amongst some people when there is a full moon. Coincidence you say? I think not.
So I have put a moon chart on my blog just to let you know when its time to be extra careful.
FYI, the word lunatic originates from the association of madness and the phases of the moon.

People get totally weird at a full moon.

Something always happens to me at full moon, I become more active and I just cannot settle down until it's on the wane. Midwinter and midsummer full moons are the worst for me; I usually end up drunk!

Going looney. Yep.

I'm not sure how scientific it is but I have noticed changes in people at those times.

There's a rise in visits to the ER and more women go into labor during a full moon.
