Christmas day - drought - rain

While in a previous post I showed how we were sweltering in above average heat, today we are cold, wet, wet, wet, as the skies pour down buckets of rain. Nobody is complaining because we need the water desperately. Usually we are celebrating Christmas day by swimming in the pool. Not this year. Temperature is currently 10 degrees centigrade.

Too much food and too much wine is the order of the day.
Wishing everybody a Happy Christmas.

Merry Christmas! We're supposed to get rain tomorrow, but we'll see. Tomorrow is Christmas in the States.

And maybe the rain will put out the fire and help the nature to start bloom again.

No more bushfires. Rain and snow put an end to that. Maybe we can see an end to the drought.
